Overnight Fishing Trips

When you just can't get enough fishin' in on one day, there's an easy answer...

Two days of fishing for musky, trout and/or smallmouth, all gear provided, two nights in cozy cabin accommodations, gourmet riverside lunches, a delicious steak dinner… ummm, YEAH!

Overnights require a minimum of four people. They take place in a rental cabin located on or near the Watauga River located in Elizabethton, Tennessee. From there, we can hit one of five different rivers and fish for multiple species—trout, smallmouth, and musky—depending on the time of year. We can even do trout one day and smallmouth the next. Or do smallmouth for two days or trout for two days. We can customize it to your wants depending on the time of the year and what’s fishing the best.

Overnights are $1000 per person and include two nights lodging, two full days of fishing, two gourmet lunches, one steak dinner, and one breakfast. You will be on your own the first night and responsible for your own meals. In the morning, we’ll pick you up at the cabin and take you fishing all day, cook a gourmet riverside lunch, then bring you back to the cabin that evening where we’ll enjoy a steak dinner, hang out and stay the night with you. The next morning, we’ll prepare breakfast and then take you fishing for another full day trip with gourmet lunch. At the end of the second day’s fishing, we will bring you back to your vehicles to conclude the overnight trip.

As with all trips, all the gear necessary for your trip will be provided—rod, flies, lures, etc. All guests are required to bring a fishing license for the state we’re fishing in, hat, sunglasses and a light rain jacket.

To book an overnight trip, you will need to contact Connor at 706-957-5864 and give him the dates you’re interested in. If those dates are available, he will then check with the cabin rentals to check availability for your dates. Once that is confirmed, he will call you back and book your trip. A 50% credit card deposit will be required and then you are all set. These trips generally take some time to prepare and book with the rental cabins so it is recommended that they be booked far in advance.
